Altice Business develops customized, commercial telecommunications services and solutions for medium- and large-size businesses, including hospitals and schools in the New York Tri-State area.
The Strategic Account Manager will play a critical sales role within the Altice US Enterprise and Carrier Sales Organization.  The successful candidate will team with Strategic Account Executives to serve the needs of our largest customers, increase revenue through up sell/cross selling opportunities, and ensure we are highly responsive in developing and presenting solutions to our largest and most demanding customers. The Strategic Account Manager supporting Enterprise Sales Teams will be aligned with key accounts in Finance, Government, Education, Healthcare to assist in positioning high capacity data, telephony, and managed services to some of Altice’s largest accounts and prospects. In conjunction with the strategic account executive the strategic account manager will correspond with existing Enterprise/Carrier clients to present upsell/cross-selling opportunities, renewals, as well as coordinate account moves, adds, changes, and disconnects. Expands relationships within existing customers and prospects in support of overall account and relationship strategy; ensure that our strategic accounts are receiving proactive communications on a regular basis to ensure we are responsive and anticipating their needs Works with existing accounts to renew contracts/guarantee revenue.  Works with sales engineers/solutions architects to develop customer opportunities. Consistently meet revenue objectives as outlined for the role.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2 + years selling telecommunications services to large clients.
• 4 + years in customer facing position.
• Strong understanding on how to position enterprise and carrier class products and solutions.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Exemplary people and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze accurately with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
