Altice Business develops customized, commercial telecommunications services and solutions for medium- and large-size businesses, including hospitals and schools in the New York Tri-State area.

The Associate Circuit Designer is responsible for creating, managing and maintaining engineering circuit designs of the Altice Business network and carrier facilities. The Associate Circuit Designer acts as a resource for installation and service technicians in the design and processing of customer and internal orders. Provides reliable engineering circuit design for installation and service technicians to use to complete customer orders. Provides reliable engineering system design for Construction, Installation, and Network Engineering technicians to use to activate new facilities for new customer locations and augmentations at existing locations.

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of fiber optic networks, telecommunications and basic engineering preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact with other departments and all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and CAD.
• Experience with OSS systems such as NetCracker, OSI, TBS, EMS systems a plus.
