The Manager of Operational Analysis, Sales & Retention will be responsible for providing direct support to the Director of Sales & Retention Operations for all sales & retention reporting and analytics. This role will provide support for recurring and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as it relates to sales & retention call center operational metrics. This role will have visibility from the most senior sales channel leaders and C-level executives. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to provide data driven insights and analysis from operational activity in order to drive business growth and efficiencies.

This role will be responsible for: 
Support the operationalization and implementation of Inbound Sales & Retention reporting suite
Own the update process for Sales & Retention trackers and dashboards
Perform ad-hoc financial and operational analysis in support of senior executives within Altice USA’s Inbound Sales & Retention sales channel
Creation of business case and accompanying financial/operational analytics used to evaluate strategic projects and operational initiatives
Work proactively to identify opportunities and improve sales channel practices and processes
Ability to manage conflicts, demonstrate diplomatic leadership, and facilitate cooperative team efforts
Ability to work with various levels of the organization and functional boundaries, with both internal and external partners, to improve performance

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of consulting, Investment Banking or Financial Planning & Analysis experience
  • Cable industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, probe facts, identify and question assumptions and find creative and effective solutions to meet business goals
  • Strong communication skill, presentation skills, written and verbal skills
  • Can build presentations appropriate for executive audiences and present the story behind the data 
  • A strong collaborator and influencer in cross functional and interdependent teams
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadliness
  • Challenges the status quo to identify areas for improvement, efficiency and effectiveness
