Altice Business develops customized, commercial telecommunications services and solutions for medium- and large-size businesses, including hospitals and schools in the New York Tri-State area.
The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for driving new products and product enhancements to an on time launch, and focusing on the post-launch customer experience and operational impacts. Oversees a team that will collaborate with multiple cross functional teams to facilitate the product development and product management processes. Reviews to reflect the Operational readiness of the products which includes: Deployment and Management of new Product Develop process, Projects Follow up and Coordination within Marketing & products, KPIS follow up/ Dashboard for the Marketing & Products units performance and budget consolidation Expenses, Revenues, Capex within Marketing and Products Projects. Works with Business Planning, Product Managers, Product department heads and cross function department members to insure new product launches and product enhancements are executed on time and within capital budget requirements. Oversees the documentation of new Altice Business processes, and monitors the effectiveness of current Altice Business processes, to assure that products flow through the organization in the most efficient manner. Develops and maintains high level relationships with Sales, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Customer Operations to ensure adherence with product development timeframes, and product specific customer satisfaction. Tracks, analyzes, reports and presents overall pre and post launch product status to Senior Management. Makes recommendations for business process improvement or product improvement based on product status and findings
• 10 – 15 years leadership/management experience.
• Demonstrated organizational management skills in a highly complex, technical, fast growing environment- budget management, personnel management, mentoring, coaching and planning.
• Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss technical, functional and management information in a clear, concise, and efficient way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding of product management related objectives.
• Experience developing strong teams and executive relationships
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
