The Programming Coordinator provides administrative, analytical, and project-based work supporting all aspects of programming acquisition and contract compliance. Primary responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking/compiling industry trends and competitive analysis and creating and editing presentations and documents. This role will lead and support ad-hoc projects and initiatives including management of timelines and deliverables. The Programming Coordinator will provide administrative support for team members including maintaining programming contracts, liaising with internal and external contacts, preparing and submitting monthly cross channel spot schedules, submitting quarterly coop and marketing invoices and collections of commission amounts.

•College credits, Associates degree, or Bachelor’s degree in a business related field preferred.
•Three (3)+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the private sector. 
•Proficient knowledge, with proven experience, of Microsoft Office applications.
•Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
•Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.

* This role is currently based in Bethpage, NY with a future location change to Long Island City, NY in 2018
