The company offers Optimum-branded digital cable television, high-speed Internet and voice services, as well as Optimum WiFi, the nation’s most robust WiFi network, to residential and business customers across the New York Tri-State area.

Negotiate Realtor agreements with licensed brokers/agents and manage the relationship within a set territory.   Successful negotiations will enable Altice USA to offer its full suite of services to residents at the time of property possession.  The Account Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with anyone involved in the buying/selling or renting process to include, but not limited to, brokers/agents/office managers/board of directors, industry leaders and owners within a given territory.   The strength of these relationships will play a significant role in sustaining and increasing our subscriber penetration levels within our competitive marketplace.  Manage all aspects of new and current Realtor agreements in place, including, but not limited to, group or personal presentations to brokers/agents/office personnel, penetration report tracking and finally, be the liaison for all brokers/owners, staff members of brokerages, managing agents, boards of directors, leasing agents.

Must be able to effectively negotiate with a wide spectrum of clients such as real estate brokers, agents, industry leaders and board of directors.  Creative flair, conceptual and project specific, is desirable. Teamwork, integrity, flexibility, stresses tolerance and concerns for excellence a must. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, to probe facts, identify and question assumptions and find creative and effective solutions. Ability to understand and respond effectively to activity cross-functional inter dependencies to ensure that they do not negatively effects the execution of sales. A strong communicator and team player that can foster collaboration. An organizationally perceptive person who will respect the traditions and cultures of Altice USA and who can implement new ideas within that context. This is a salary plus commission position.
  • Some college or possibly a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales/marketing.
  • Demonstrated success at developing and implementing competitive sales strategies a plus.
  • Real Estate industry experience preferred.
