Altice Business develops customized, commercial telecommunications services and solutions for medium- and large-size businesses, including hospitals and schools in the New York Tri-State area.
The Sales Order Processing Manager manages operational functions of the order processing department and staff to ensure that all customer relation goals and objectives are met. Plans, develops and oversees order processing activities and projects related to telephony, in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction and is in compliance with Altice Business policies and procedures. Responsible for provisioning all off network circuits and processing all local number portability requests dealing directly with various telecommunication companies. Manages performance of all Supervises and Customer Relations Coordinators within order processing department to ensure all goals and objectives are met. Reviews departments activities and projects to measure all performance. Responsible for monitoring daily work flow of commercial order processing and ensuring orders are processed timely into order management system and distributed to the appropriate downstream departments in order to meet the needs of the customer. Performs quality checks on all orders to ensure accuracy of the order entry into order management system in order to comply with the needs of the customer and downstream departments. Responsible for provisioning all off network circuits for Commercial customers. Interface with all Carriers on their submitted orders and provide status and confirmation notices. Identifies and address issues with systems or processes in order to enhance and optimize the order process flow and improve our performance.
• 6 + years experience in an order processing environment.
• 4 + years experience in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of telecommunication terminology and software: ASRs, FOC's and DLR's
• Knowledge of telephony and related products.
• Strong computer skills.
