The Company offers Optimum‐branded digital cable television, highspeed Internet and voice services, as well as Optimum WiFi, the nation’s most robust WiFi network, to residential and business customers across the New York Tri‐State area.
The Supervisor will be responsible for coaching, leading, and monitoring representatives with respect to goals, metrics, performance, and account management skills and techniques. The Supervisor will lead team of representatives in the development of property owner/manager/leasing agent relationships that improve penetration results. He/She will work with key property contacts to ensure an outstanding customer experience to all of onboarding and existing customers. Will work with leadership to ensure programs are designed to meet/exceed subscriber penetration objectives in assigned MDU properties. Will provide guidance to employees as required. Customarily and regularly direct the work of at least four or more other full-time employees or their equivalent.
The Supervisor will motivate a team of representatives to achieve sales goals. Will be responsible to: provide individualized and ongoing performance management to ensure efficiency and productivity of all team member; develop strategic planning, standardized reporting, and feedback on effectiveness of existing penetration plans; coach representatives to support and achieve penetration results in assigned properties by means of effectively deploying defined programs and identifying best practices and process improvements to share across the footprint. The Supervisor will work with other departments to ensure appropriate sales routing and assignments are distributed, validated, and reported. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
