Job Summary

We are searching for a highly organized & detail-orientated Contract Analyst—Bid Support to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide support to stakeholders in connection with all bid submissions, develop bid-winning strategies, conduct research, write, and edit bid related information, and collaborate with other team members to ensure contractual data accuracy and bid continuity. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a sound understanding of the telecom industry, and be able to communicate with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage a variety of commercial agreements (e.g. Master Service agreements, services schedules, non-disclosure agreements, etc.) through to execution.
  • Create an abstract for sales and vendor agreements.
  • Manage all contract-related policies and controls (e.g. signing policy) and develop training materials to accompany such policies.
  • Manage and update all contract templates as necessary.
  • Perform special projects and other assignments as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or similar experience.
  • Bid Writing or content library experience preferred.
  • Telecom industry experience a plus.
  • Project management, particularly for end-to-end bid management.
  • Ability to meet consistently high-quality standards while leading a variety of projects and landmarks.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Solid MS office skills; Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent social skills, including listening, verbal and written communications.
  • Easily establishes rapport with colleagues and partners at all levels.
  • Strong written English and proofreading skills.
  • Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent work ethic.
  • Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail necessary to support and advise business units and ensure projects are completed in a timely and effective manner.
  • High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment with a business-focused approach.
