Job Summary

The Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for the oversight of AUSA’s employee engagement survey, administered 3-4 times per year. The manager ensures that the tool, leadership, and employee based are ready for each survey. Transparently sharing result, recognizing highlights, and supporting the organization’s plans to continue to drive towards engagement goals to drive a better employee experience. As a member of the Talent people leader team, ensure all internal key partners are versed and able to support surveys.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the annual calendar of employee engagement surveys, ensuring alignment with other key initiatives
  • Manage “We Heard You” intranet page, ensuring content is regularly updated and transparently sharing results and timelines
  • In partnership with internal communications, follow communication cadance leading up to survey openings reinforcing impacts made from changes; continue with reminders and thank yous following
  • Aid in determining the right vehicle in which communications should be shared in close partnership with executive office
  • Oversee and maintain the Qualtrics platform
  • Point person for assessing, analyzing and presenting key data to specific audiences including executive review, internal communications, key HR partners
  • Serve as SME to leaders and HR Business Partners in supporting leaders result review and action planning
  • Lead action planning sessions for entire organization following each survey, focusing on newly hired, newly promoted and newly with result leaders
  • Partner with the VP Engagement to tie in survey trends with voice of the employee feedback found in different avenues
  • Oversee the Employee Engagement Analyst in ensuring reporting and trends are pushed out at various levels, system is updated and ready; and that AUSA is aware of Qualtrics newest content and issues
  • Key partner to the VP Engagement, who will oversee the balance of survey intel and two-way communication, with the build of a value proposition underpinning; this role will be the POC for the survey elements in the larger experience roadmap build
  • Aid in the long-range plan build, with change management in mind, on how the results of the survey should guide and impact other areas of AUSA, specifically HR – supporting the team in evolving a thought employee experience roadmap

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or similar field required.
  • Background in employee engagement survey administration required.
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics platform, preferred.
  • Project management skills and experience required.
  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence required.
  • Champion of change management and human behavior, preferred.
  • Comfortable with executive presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillset with ability to flex messaging across entire organization

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $96,020.00 - $153,632.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
