Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product Development, the Vice President, B2B Product Development will define, develop, evolve, and deliver new products and features for Altice USA’s B2B products (Broadband, Voice and Video). The Vice President is responsible for providing oversight to a high performing team of engineers focused on supporting infrastructure, systems, fulfillment and B2B services. The VP will oversee and manage the capital development budget process and manage the product development capital budget spending for their responsible projects. As a member of the Product Development leadership team, the VP will oversee external vendor relationships and coordinate with internal operational groups to ensure optimal customer experiences for B2B products.


•    Deliver on the technical engineering strategy and roadmap for B2B portfolio
•    Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, developers and analysts exclusively focused on B2B products and services
•    Translate product and marketing needs into technical specifications for B2B engineering teams with tech requirements
•    Align sales solution engineering with overall business goals and company priorities ensuring the development of effective strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience
•    Partner with product, design, sales, customer experience and marketing teams to bring our product enhancements to market
•    Work with key cross groups on product user stories and requirements definition; ensuring the voice of customer is represented through experience design from the CX team
•    Represent technology in all B2B RFP development and estimation process
•    Oversee UAT of products, provide alternative options to solve consumer demand and ensure no impact to larger system
•    Share results and collaborate on edits, version control and short/long term roadmap per product in each product line with key cross-functional leaders
•    Serve as a representative for all technology and information teams while assess product development
•    Use data to proactive drive product enhancements and developments in future versions sharing suggestions and results with key product partners and ensuring go-to-market strategy will not be impacted
•    Understanding the impact of timelines and results to the larger customer impact
•    Manage key stakeholders in providing feedback and results on product reviews and partnering with appropriate decision makers to ensure product development, ROI, go-to-market strategy, and customer segments are a win-win for both the Optimum brand and the customer
•    Strong third-party relationship manage as Altice USA has a blend of in-house and out-house development partners
•    Assess partnerships, establish aligned upon key KPIs and ensure regular conversations on success plans occur between internal and external partnership


•    Bachelor’s degree; MA or MBA preferred
•    Minimum twelve years’ experience successfully managing high profile cross-functional products for major Telecommunication company
•    Minimum twelve years’ experience in a product development and UAT
•    Experience with broadband/cable background and heavily regulated B2B environment
•    Extensive experience with engineering and technical architecture for B2B business models
•    Proven experience with technical product management, sales engineering and product development
•    P&L knowledge with a strong track record of growth and accomplishments/achievements
•    Proven ability to collaborate across organizations
•    Analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and balances both short and long term needs of customers
•    Robust understanding of consumer behavior and experience using different channels to engage

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $200,000.00 - $237,500.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
