Job Summary

The Network Cost Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s budgeting and forecast process for all network related expenses as well as budget vs actual analysis. Candidate will be actively engaged in process improvement and cost optimization identification, tracking and reporting process. This position creates value by managing network costs effectively, streamline business process, provide analytical insights in areas of network costs management. The position will be very involved in cost reduction and synergy creation.

Responsibilities

Business partnering with operations team, provide ongoing and ad hoc support
Engaged in KPI metric identification, creation, tracking and reporting
Capital budgeting, cost tracking, budget vs actual reporting
Project level capital spend tracking and over/underrun reporting
Monthly forecast and annual budgeting process
Committed Capital vs. spend, ROI analysis, speculative projects tracking and reporting
Accurately tracking and managing cost of sales; identify, provide insight to cost savings, and optimization tracking and reporting
Accurately tracking and managing real estate costs; assist in optimization research and analytics
Other OpEx costs analysis and optimization identification
Vendor contract tracking and analysis
Other ad hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (B. A.) from four-year College or university; three+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Financial modeling and financial analysis skills required
Expert in excel, power point, outlook and other commonly used Microsoft office applications
Experience in network costs and capital expenditure management
Working knowledge of relevant accounting software: Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Salesforce, ORACLE and TEOCO experience preferred
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
