Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter who is comfortable with high level searches within the telecommunications industry. The Executive Recruiter will play a critical role in Altice’s Talent Acquisition team, helping to identify high-level candidates for critical roles within the organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Operations this role will be responsible for driving the enterprise executive recruiting team.


  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the executive recruitment team, aligning it with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Maintain consistent experience and process for all stakeholders; internally and externally.
  • Manage and develop executive recruitment team of Executive Sourcers/Recruiters and executive Candidate Experience Specialists
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including stake holders and decision makers. Collaborate with clients to understand their executive hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to end executive recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure the successful placement of top tier executive talent.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and market developments, providing strategic insights and market intelligence to clients. Identify emerging talent pools and industry shifts.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indications (KPIs) for the executive recruitment team, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded. Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process and outcomes.
  • Maintain a focus on providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, reflecting positively on both the candidate and the company.
  • Ensure that all recruitment practices adhere to legal and ethical standards, including compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, progress and outcomes for internal stakeholders and clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • 10+ years experience in executive recruitment, including experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong industry knowledge and a broad executive network
  • Comfortable consulting and advising executive leaders in a corporate capacity
  • Ability to evaluate candidates for cultural fit and alignment with client’ values and goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and data analytics tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law.  Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $121,715.00  - $194,744.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
