Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and HRIS system implementation support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn the fundamentals of HR in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This internship will provide valuable exposure to HR best practices while allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our employees and company culture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the HRIS system implementation, including data validation and process documentation.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
- Help audit and clean up employee data for accuracy and completeness.
- Support recruiting and onboarding efforts, such as scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
- Contribute to special HR projects as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, entering their senior year, or a recent graduate (undergraduate or master’s level).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in HR technology and systems (experience with HRIS is a plus).
- Must be located near Wakefield, MA, or Bethpage, NY office to work in-office as needed.

Pay ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
