Job Summary

The Senior Specialist, Authorized Retail Channel Sales Support, will support Branded Partners, Authorized Retailers, and National Retailer programs. This role focuses on onboarding, project coordination, communications, and operational support to ensure smooth execution and strong Retail partner experiences.
 

Responsibilities

 

Revenue Growth Projects:

  • Manage internal revenue growth projects from conception through implementation.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with overall business goals and deliver measurable results.

 

Sales Planning & Business Reviews:

  • Support partner onboarding and system setup.
  • Manage communications, training resources, and program updates.
  • Maintain dashboards and assist with issue resolution.

 

Profitability & Efficiency:

  • Drive the profitability of Authorized Retail by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct market segmentation and analysis to understand retail consumer behavior and identify growth opportunities.

 

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage stakeholder expectations with clear KPIs, milestones, deadlines, and roadmaps.
  • Communicate progress and insights effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

 

Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the retail headquarters team and/or cross-functionals to set and achieve goals
     

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent prefered
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, strategy, and operations, with increasing responsibility. Experience in the telecom industry is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to solving unique business problems. Must be savvy with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Tableau and SQL is required, with a strong ability to analyze and visualize data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data points into easily consumable insights
  • An enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality, with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating high adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong project/program management skills and ability to pair strategic thinking with excellence
  • Willing to travel up to 25% to be regularly present in the Optimum field across the footprint

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $80,000- $126,684 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
