Responsibilities
- Lead problem and change management across the enterprise, ensuring standardized ITIL practices.
- Establish disciplined change and release governance, balancing stability with speed of delivery, aligning CI/CD pipelines with change management processes and systems.
- Define the standards and related ITIL processes for how new products and services will be integrated into the AI operations platform.
- Drive root cause analysis and embed lessons learned into operational practices.
- Own the framework for network performance measurement and reporting (availability, latency, MTTR, customer-impacting events).
- Leverage analytics, automation, and AIOps to proactively identify risks and optimize performance in products and services.
- Utilize AI to perform problem analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives across product and technology.
- Partner with Engineering and NOC teams on capacity planning, fault reduction, and service quality improvement.
- Translate operational data into business outcomes, showing direct links to customer satisfaction, churn reduction, and financial performance.
- Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team of service management and network analytics professionals.
- Create a multi-year technology operations transformation roadmap, with focus on automation, AI/ML, and predictive insights.
- Influence executives and cross-functional leaders on network assurance and service reliability strategies.
Job Summary
The Vice President of Technology Operations & Network Performance will be responsible for ensuring the stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of our network and technology services. This role will lead enterprise-wide service management disciplines (change and problem management as well as incident metrics) and drive network performance analytics to deliver a best-in-class customer and employee experience. The VP will partner across Operations, Engineering, Product, Security and the business to align service reliability with business priorities, while leading a high-performing team focused on proactive monitoring, analytics, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology operations, service management, or network performance, with 5+ years in executive leadership.
- Deep knowledge of ITIL disciplines and proven track record of running major incident and change processes at scale.
- ITIL certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability in managing large scale technical environments with high volume changes per month and large inventory of configuration items for customer-facing products and services.
- Skilled in leading automation projects and teams in complex capital automation projects.
- Strong understanding of telecom networks, NOC operations, and large-scale IT service delivery.
- Experience leading analytics-driven performance management and adopting automation/AIOps platforms.
- Proven ability to partner with C-level executives, communicate in business terms, and lead during high-pressure incidents.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budget, planning and financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $178,500.00 - $255,000.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
