Job Summary
We are looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead a high-performing analytics team supporting Media & Entertainment clients. This role is central to delivering advanced, custom analytics solutions—spanning multi-screen campaign performance, audience insights, and attribution analysis. The ideal candidate is both a strong technical leader and a collaborative business partner, adept at mining data across TV and digital sources to deliver impactful insights. The Director will also manage project scoping, execution, and resource allocation in coordination with internal stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead data analytics team and oversee analytics projects for various Media & Entertainment clients.
- Develop data solutions like audience analysis, post campaign reporting dashboards and lead automation efforts to increase efficiency and improve report turnaround time.
- Collaborate with data engineer team to create data pipeline processes and ensure data quality for analytics.
- Drive data innovation and design new views and metrics to analyze data and to answer business questions.
- Work with clients to scope, define and develop new data reporting products.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients on business insights and new findings based on results of data analysis.
- Train team members to build complex SQL scripts and aggregate data into essential reporting metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's /Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Science/Mathematics or related field or equivalent job experience.
- 7-10 years' experience in leading data analytics projects and building data solutions. Data science background is a plus
- 7-10 years of management experience, with ability to train and lead a team.
- Experience in building a team that includes data engineering and analysts, guiding them through complex data analytic projects
- Experience in working with large datasets and cloud-based enterprise data warehouse (experience with Google BigQuery/Snowflakes/Databricks preferred).
- Strong SQL/Python programming skills, data structure in relational databases, data manipulation and transformation knowledge required
- Proven track record of demonstrating the ability to summarize and present analytic findings
- Ability to communicate and present effectively to both external clients and internal leadership
- Previous background in Media analytics, Television or Digital Marketing Research strongly preferred

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location $155,509.00- 190,000.00 year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
