You’ll be embedded in the heartbeat of the company’s most critical messaging and leadership operations—supporting executive visibility, employee engagement, and company-wide storytelling while keeping the EVP one step ahead. If you thrive in high-stakes environments, love the fast pace of communications, and take pride in helping leaders lead—read on.

Responsibilities

Executive Partnering

  • Manage complex calendars, travel, logistics, and meetings for the EVP with precision and discretion
  • Prepare briefing docs, agendas, and follow-ups for high-level internal and external engagements
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the EVP and senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and partners
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and action items across multiple concurrent workstreams

Communications & Content Support

  • Draft and polish executive memos, internal announcements, and social media content
  • Manage internal trackers, communications calendars, and department milestones
  • Compile daily news clips, media sentiment reports, and content for newsletters and digests
  • Support storytelling initiatives, including internal campaigns, events, and visibility programs

Event Execution & Internal Operations

  • Coordinate logistics and provide onsite support at company-wide events, like All Hands
  • Assist in department planning, signage, content schedules, and budget-related tasks
  • Track and submit expenses, subscriptions, and internal compliance requirements
  • Collaborate on community events and regional campaigns alongside cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-suite leadership
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and juggle competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for tone, grammar, and clarity
  • Experience in or passion for internal communications, public relations, or strategic storytelling
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset are non-negotiables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools

Why You’ll Love This Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and storytelling—empowering a top executive, contributing to the company’s voice, and driving clarity and connection across the organization. Every day is different, every detail matters, and your impact will be felt company-wide.

If you thrive in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment and want to be part of a team shaping the future of how we communicate, we’d love to meet you.
