Job Summary:

 

The Revenue Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization in identifying, preventing, and correcting revenue leakage across the organization. This role ensures that all services provided to customers are accurately billed, collected, and reported. Working closely with Customer Experience Operations (CXO), Finance, Technology, and Sales teams, the Revenue Assurance Manager will implement controls, monitor financial metrics, and analyze processes to safeguard the company’s revenue. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Execute on revenue assurance processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue across all products and services (TV, internet, mobile) for B2C and B2B. 
  • Help teams monitor the end-to-end revenue lifecycle—from customer acquisition and service provisioning to billing, collections, and disconnection. 
  • Validate revenue leakage opportunities and support root cause analyses for discrepancies. 
  • Document and maintain reporting tools to track key revenue indicators and anomalies. 
  • Conduct audits on billing systems, customer accounts, service activations, and promotions. 
  • Implement corrective actions or process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies or losses. 
  • Document key processes relating to revenue assurance. 

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 
    (Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CPA, CISA, or CRMA is a plus.) 
  • 2+ years related experience 
  • Familiarity with billing systems, CRM platforms, and revenue recognition principles. 
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI). 
  • Familiarity with telecommunications operations and service provisioning flows is highly preferred. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative abilities. 
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and communicate actionable insights. 
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Project management and process improvement experience.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00 - $105,570.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
