Job Summary

A Business Analyst plays a crucial role in organizations by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and communicate business requirements to stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement effective solutions. 

  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. 

  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. 

Qualifications

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience writing functional specifications and test plans/test scripts 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Clarity and Jira. 
  • Prior experience with HCM platforms, SuccessFactors is a plus. 
  • Understanding of business process modeling and systems analysis. 
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
