Job Summary
The Associate Account Coordinator is a key role on the a4 advertising team that provides day to day support to the sales organization. This role interfaces both internally and externally and requires someone who is highly organized, a problem solver and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external parties throughout the campaigns and make sure each campaign delivers successfully.
- Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills.
- Works closely with the internal teams to manage all facets of campaigns. Observes and reports weekly on all pacing and delivery. Communicates communicate with all internal departments to ensure accurate and proper campaign execution based on contract terms to manage clients' expectations.
- Creates and edit presentations and meeting related documents for internal/external meetings
- Assist with various project requests focused on sales, research, and ad hoc requests.
- Support the development of building a strong workplace culture with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, responsiveness and fun. Also help coordinate team building/social events.
- Expand knowledge set related to linear media and look to provide insight or optimizations to the greater team.
- Work with Client Service Manager in order to ensure that all billing/invoicing is processed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Some experience, preferably in a sales or media environment
- Experience efficiently handling complex administrative tasks and supporting a dispersed/virtual organization
- This role interfaces both internally and externally and requires someone who is highly organized, is a problem solver and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion and interest to grow career within a fast-paced advertising/media company
- Self-starter who takes initiative, is able to anticipate needs before they arise and resolve issues quickly
- Extremely organized, strong attention to detail and work efficiently in a very fast paced environment
- Perform department business while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Prioritize and manage several projects
- Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and virtual meeting software (ie: Blue Jeans, Skype, Webex, or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Demonstrate flexibility, dependability and results orientation
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and being a team player

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in NY is $42,000.00 - $69,000.00 / year.
