Job Summary
We are looking for an upbeat, energetic person who naturally goes above and beyond. The Executive Candidate Experience Specialist (CES) will play a critical role in Altice’s Executive Talent Acquisition team, supporting interview scheduling, travel coordination, pre-hire screenings and on-boarding logistics, while ensuring the seamless recruitment of executive-level professionals. Reporting to the Director, Executive Recruiting the Executive CES will be responsible for execution of a flawless experience for both candidates and internal leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendaring, travel, and communications for executive candidates for the Executive Recruiting team.
- Partner with the support teams of executive leadership team for calendaring, feedback sessions, and onboarding of new hires
- Establish effective relationships with the talent team, internal stakeholders, and candidates.
- Prepare interview materials, including candidate profiles and evaluation forms.
- Maintain accurate and up to date recruitment data in ATS. Generate reports and metrics on recruitment activities and candidate progress.
- Work with HR COE’s to ensure all human capital data is accurate within the HRIS, compensation, and applicant tracking system.
- Serve as point of contact for all executive candidates, providing timely and professional communication.
- Create offer letters and additional hiring materials for executive hires to ensure a consistent and compliant experience.
- Ensure signed paperwork is received in a timely manner, pre-hire screening initiation/tracking/communication, confirming accurate start dates and compliance of onboarding paperwork.
- Partner closely with the talent team to ensure correct procedures are always followed and operational risks are minimized.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement around candidate experience and data integrity.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a recruiting department, preferably in a corporate, fast-paced, team environment
- Minimum 1 year experience with applicant tracking system such as iCIMS, Taleo, Workday, SAP, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of partnering with clients in a corporate environment.
- Comfortable with communicating to executive level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of OFCCP regulations preferred
- Demonstrated accountability for owning recruitment processes such as updating applicant tracking system, requesting/tracking pre-hire screenings, coordinating candidate onboarding logistics, new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, etc.
- Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency; comfortable interacting and communicating effectively (written and verbal) with stakeholders at all levels.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $59,758.00 - $95,613.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
