Job Summary

Responsibilities

DM/EM Insights and Ops Manager is responsible for the plan, execution and analysis of direct mail and email campaigns for new and existing customers. This individual will be expected to analyze and interpret results and communicate recommendations to various levels of department and company leadership. The role will present many opportunities to influence key business decisions. The ability to translate complex results and conclusions into plain English are essential to the success of this role.

DM/EM Insights and Ops Manager will be responsible for:

  • Support the day-to-day planning and execution of direct mail and email marketing campaigns for new and existing customers
  • Track and analyze direct mail and email performance and summarize data into user friendly reports and recommendations
  • Drive learnings through the using of data with ability to share and distribute learnings
  • Contribute to DM/EM testing roadmap by proposing testing opportunities. Plan and design in-season and long-term testing strategies
  • Analyze data, and present results and recommendations related to marketing objectives
  • Utilize various tools to identify statistically significant performance and key drivers
  • Work with Database and Analytics teams on data hygiene and customer segmentation
  • Track DM/EM spend, invoices and create budget reports
  • Develop analysis that helps understanding DM/EM patterns, identify differences among customer groups and recognize opportunities for improvement
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to understand business goals, develop models, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, statistics, finance, economics or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience with marketing, media and/or analytics
  • Strong experience with data analysis
  • Any marketing experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strong aptitude with numbers
  • Makes decisions with limited information, but also able to synthesize large quantities of data to drive business decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: concisely presents complex information/recommendations in terms meaningful to various audiences
  • Builds collaborative partnerships cross-functionally; identifies/influences critical stakeholders

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $123,379.00 - $202,694.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
