Job Summary

Altice USA is looking for a talented, dynamic, full-time UX Copywriter. In this role, you'll craft intuitive, user-focused copy across our digital products—from onboarding flows and error messages to buttons, labels, and help content. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure every word helps users move forward with clarity and confidence. Our brand, footprint, and customer base continue to grow, and this is your opportunity to be part of a burgeoning internal UX organization responsible for the end-to-end experience for the Optimum and Optimum Mobile prospect and customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • · Write clear, concise, and user-centric copy for digital interfaces, including apps, websites, FAQs, support documentation, and product flows
  • · Streamline input from SEO and Marketing teams to ensure content adheres to Helpful Content guidelines and helps drive high visibility across SERPs and with target         audiences
  • · Develop and execute A/B testing strategies as related to copy, deliver UX copy variants, and iterate based on performance insights
  • · Translate complex concepts into accessible language that aligns with our brand voice and tone
  • · Collaborate with UX designers and other internal stakeholders to ensure content enhances usability and accessibility
  • · Perform content audits and help define content strategy for new and existing features
  • · Drive the copy portion of user research and testing to validate content decisions and iterate based on feedback
  • · Contribute to and help maintain our content style guide and voice and tone documentation

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience writing UX or product copy, content design, or similar
  • A portfolio of UX writing samples that demonstrate clarity, empathy, and brand voice
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
  • Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
  • Experience working with Figma, design systems, and cross-functional product teams
  • Experience using analytics platforms (Google, Adobe ,ContentSquare) to inform copy strategy
  •  Problem-solving aptitude
  • Analytical mind with a business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • · JIRA experience a plus
  • · Telecomm experience a plus, but not required

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
