Job Summary

The MDU Revenue & Door Fee Manager ensures timely and accurate payment of door fee and revenue share obligations tied to MDU agreements. This role collaborates cross-functionally—Finance, Sales, Legal, and property partners—to drive compliance and maintain strong partner relationships.

Responsibilities

•Monitor and manage payment of door fees and revenue share to property owners per contract schedules.
•Reconcile contracts, invoicing, and payment records; coordinate with finance to resolve discrepancies.
•Serve as internal liaison for MDU contracts, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and compliant.
•Maintain contract life-cycle records: renewal dates, escalators, and amendments.
•Support negotiation of new and renewal ROE and revenue share agreements with Sales and Legal.
•Generate monthly reports on MDU revenue performance and expected payments.
•Ask for escalations or corrections proactively when payment is delayed or outside terms.

Qualifications

•5+ years in telecom operations, account management, or revenue coordination.
•Strong understanding of contract processes and revenue systems.
•Proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, and Excel.
•Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience with MDU contract management.
•Experience in telecom finance operations or billing reconciliation.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
