Job Summary

In the Manager, HR Business Partner role, you will provide a full range of HR services to Altice’s Corporate Functions. You will navigate in a multifaceted environment that requires an ability to quickly shift between strategic and operational support of a diverse client portfolio. This role provides tremendous breadth and exposure to grow your HR career.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sr. HRBP and functional leaders to develop and lead effective people strategies that will drive business performance and provide a delightful employee experience through each employee “touchpoint.”
  • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to employees and managers.
  • Facilitate the effective rollout of enterprise-wide HR initiatives for assigned client groups, including goal setting, year-end performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews and succession planning, and engagement surveys.
  • Collaborate with leaders on identifying learning and development needs, and partner with Talent colleagues to deliver appropriate learning and development support.
  • Partner with business leadership and corporate communications team on the development of effective internal messaging on key initiatives and changes within assigned client groups.
  • Advise managers on effective job specification development and target compensation package for new roles within the organization; liaise with Talent Acquisition on the interview and selection process with a focus on the candidate experience and attracting top talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related degree. Master's degree in HR or Industrial Organizational Psychology preferred.
  • 5+ years professional HR experience. Prior experience in a Business Partner role preferred.
  • Excellent consultative and client service skills with an ability to influence and manage key relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use and interpret data to both guide and validate decisions.
  • Strong project management experience and capabilities (planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
  • Experience identifying operational and business impacting issues and a successful track record of recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Experience synthesizing and summarizing data to identify insights to business outcomes as well as the ability to visualize findings into a presentation for senior and executive leadership.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Ability to quickly grasp the big picture, using insights from business leaders, HRBP colleagues and COE partners to provide pragmatic counsel and guidance aligned to the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Results orientation with the ability to quickly identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at both the strategic and tactical levels.
  • Working knowledge, understanding, and practical application of employment laws and HR practices.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $96,020.00 - $153,632.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
