Job Summary

You bring exceptional problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of sales, operations, and general business management. You have experience in managing complex projects and KPIs that support a retail eco-system. Your understanding of the industry, along with ability to understand data, will be critical as you develop recommendations to senior stakeholders around retail’s growth and expansion. You are a proactive strategic thinker and can work independently and collaboratively across the organization. This role reports to the Director of Retail Operations and Tools.

Responsibilities

•Be a story-teller – support VP of Retail in creating strategies to guide future retail opportunities, building businesses cases, market expansion, retail operations business reviews
•Deep-dive into retail store operations, compliance, and sales quality to ensure effective business management
•Oversee retail budget, tracking, and goal setting, including headcount modeling and requisition approvals, retail uniforms, payroll/overtime, product inventory, etc
•Influence external and internal cross-functional partners 
•Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business, or equivalent
•Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in business management or sales operations
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, e.g., Excel and/or other analytics tools, Lists, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc
•Experience story-telling through data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
•Proactive, self-motivated, self-sufficient with strong collaboration and teamwork skills
•Strong project/program management skills and ability to pair strategic thinking with execution excellence
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data-points into easily consumable insights
•Curious and detail oriented – leave no stone unturned, but has the business acumen to prioritize actions
•Desire to grow and learn!
•Willing to travel up to 25% to be regularly present in the Optimum field across the footprint

Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law.  Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00  - $168,912.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
