Job Summary

Lead a team to drive overall eComm sales site operations and optimizations
Analyze site traffic for trends, use patterns to identify and quantify customer behavior and make recommendations to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates. 
Develop comprehensive testing framework and 
Identify and propose high impact testing opportunities based on data, session replay tools, or voice of customer (VOC) feedback and help prioritize based on impact customer and business needs.
Utilize tools to identify customer experience impacts and performance metrics to proactively track, attribute, and identify opportunities to improve Optimum’s site performance
Monitor key performance indicators and develop a robust testing framework to help measure cross-functional efforts in a quantitative way
Partner closely with key stakeholders to optimize performance-driven growth. Provide recommendations for improvements to achieve business goals
Connect high value customer journey missions from shopper to conversion 
Govern the testing pipeline from ideation to production, and deliver insights that improve the overall performance of the testing program
Work with Sales, Marketing, Media, Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and UX researchers to prioritize testing opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Build business cases around key initiatives to help define digital roadmap.
Implement testing methodologies to enhance performance and drive innovation.
Stay informed about search engine algorithms and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing online sales channel
  • Analyzing e-commerce data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
  • Staying up-to-date with trends and innovations in e-commerce, and making recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, business, engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in data science and/or e-commerce testing track, and have a good business sense in e-commerce; product analysis is preferred
  • 3 years of people management experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of digital sales & marketing analytics and experience developing measurement 
  • strategies to evaluate outcomes of online experiments
  • Proven track-record designing online experiments that deliver customer insights and actionable results; ability to recommend experiment set up, including A/B/n vs. Multi-variate
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target or other experimentation and A/B testing platforms
  • Insightful data sense and rigorous logical mindset, capable of providing systematic approach to solve business problems

Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law.  Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00  - $168,912.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
