Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Media Senior Specialist to join our high-performing media center of excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing paid media performance, identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and driving continuous campaign optimization. You will also support the execution and organization of paid media efforts while ensuring collaboration and alignment across internal stakeholders and agency partners.
 

Responsibilities

Performance Reporting & Analysis
•    Develop, evaluate, and deliver performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify trends and uncover actionable insights.
•    Translate data into strategic recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.
•    Market & Industry Awareness
•    Stay up to date with emerging paid media trends, attribution methodologies, and analytics advancements to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
•    Recommend innovative approaches to improve media performance and measurement.
•    Cross-Team Collaboration
•    Serve as the liaison with external agencies and internal teams to communicate new product offers, messaging updates, audience segmentation changes, and targeting criteria revisions.
•    Technical Proficiency
•    Utilize advanced Excel functions to build and maintain robust performance dashboards and reporting tools.
•    Support ad hoc data requests, including campaign analysis and troubleshooting performance issues.
•    Campaign Tracking & Maintenance
•    Generate and maintain tracking URLs and UTM parameters based on inputs from cross-functional marketing partners.
•    Ensure accurate campaign tracking for effective performance measurement and attribution.
•    File & Asset Management
•    Maintain an organized file system for storing campaign assets, reports, and documentation to support team accessibility and operational efficiency.
 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media analytics and campaign performance
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional logic, etc.)
  • Experience with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and deliver actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
