Job Summary

Become a driving force in the transformation of video content analytics and join Altice USA to help craft the next chapter of customer engagement and retention. As a Staff Analyst, reporting to the VP of Growth Analytics, you will play a pivotal in refining our understanding of customer interactions and engagement with Altice USA's content. You’ll dive deep into data-driven analytics, uncovering key insights that inform our content strategy, ensuring optimal engagement and customer retention. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of experts, leveraging statistics, analytics, and machine learning technologies to help understand, quantify, and predict the relationships between our customers and our content.

Responsibilities

Data Analytics: Leverage data to create dashboards and reporting
Drive ecommerce funnel growth and optimize journey through analysis of our customer behavior
Understand opportunities in the upper funnel by evaluating our media mix model
Evaluate performance of tactics, treatment, offer and channel to drive customer growth
Customer Segmentation: Develop segmentation, classification, and statistical analyses to measure the impact of carriage to CLV among different sets of customers
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Data Warehousing, Data Science, Media/ Marketing and other Digital teams to transform data insights into actionable strategies
Insights: Leverage the latest in cloud technologies to amplify your analytical depth, especially focused on applied machine learning

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Industry: 5+ years in a data or analytics role, preferably within video content, media, or technology sectors
Technical: Expertise in SQL is a must, coupled with proficiency in Python or R
Experience working in a cloud data environment, with proven experience leveraging cloud technologies within analytics, machine learning, and data engineering, and experience correlating multiple data sets across different reporting assets
Growth: Growth mindset and mentally primed to take on challenges and adopt effective problem-solving strategies
Organizational Mastery: Strong personal organizational and time management skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and ensure quality reporting

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $115,224.00 - $184,358.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
