Job Summary

Juice Media, an Altice USA company, is searching for an experienced Insights & Analytics Manager, whose focus is the generation and discovery of impactful business insights for our clients in pursuit of their various marketing goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead all analytics aspects of owned client engagements:
- Working with the VP of Insights & Analytics, help to define the analytics vision and measurement plan for clients, including goal-based KPI selection, communication strategy, and roadmap of program enhancement.
- Define and execute data requirements in support of measurement programs in partnership with Engineering.
- Regularly generate focused and impactful business insights oriented around client goals and objectives to advance our clients’ businesses.
- Guide structured testing of new initiatives, including experimental design, planning, and execution management.
- Program management of day-to-day analytics operations from brief to execution in strong partnership with neighboring teams (Data Engineering, Modeling, Account Management).
Analytics team management and development, including structured feedback processed, training, and mentoring.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a management capacity
Analytics domain experience in Marketing, Media, CRM, and/or general business performance
Proven success in consulting companies or marketing analytics teams
Desired skills and experience:
- Presentation skills to clearly communicate arguments, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership of clients
- Business-oriented analytics in order to identify how the different business metrics are performing, and what are the takeaways and recommendations
- Experience working with both technical and business teams (Data Science, Strategy, and Engineering) in order to build the key deliverables and to provide an integrated point of view for any given challenge
- Technical skills in data querying, exploration, and analysis through different platforms and technologies (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, R, Python)
- Working knowledge of statistical concepts (e.g. regression, hypothesis testing, bayesian vs frequentist, etc.)
- Project management of multiple projects under strict deadlines
Technologies:

- Presentation tools (e.g. Google Slides, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc.)
- Google Suite
- SQL
- Dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Project management tools
- Statistical programming familiarity nice to have but not required (e.g. R, Python)

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $115,224.00 - $184,358.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
