Job Summary
We are Juice Media.IO, formerly TWO NIL and now an Altice USA company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, strong strategic thinker to join our Product Management team as a Director of Product Management - Platform. You will work with the Business, Engineering and UX teams to deliver a platform that JuiceMedia can scale its business from. To be successful in this role, you must have terrific operational skills and be able to think strategically about how the products can further enhance our business and how to successfully integrate acquired firms. You will work closely with the different stakeholders internally and externally, to improve business performance. You will report directly to the CPO (Chief Product Officer).
Responsibilities
- Understand the business needs of the Juice Technology platform; integrations, build and buy scenarios to stand-up a product that works across a multiple agency scenario.
- Develop and maintain knowledge hubs including competitive analysis (other agencies and product/tech services) marketplace analysis: media trends and industry trends, agencies winning business (media and other agencies that could become partners).
- Collaboratively define and document functional and technical requirements and specifications, business processes, workflows, and reporting outputs.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain documentation of current business processes and the implementation of internal processes to measure KPI’s.
- Build and continuously refine the product roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Organize technical projects from beginning to end; identify and prioritize actionable steps.
- Manage a portfolio of activities from prioritization, planning to execution.
- Develop repeatable processes that accelerate growth, performance and scale.
- The role will begin as an Individual contributor, however, will have future leadership and management responsibilities.
- Work alongside product marketing, client success and business development teams to participate in prospective client meetings, gather insights, and take follow up actions after meetings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in ad-tech or mar-tech start-ups; online advertising building ad server, DSP, DMP, or SSP
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Product, Technology, Marketing or Business Administration
- Experience with Cloud Technology, DMPs, CDPs, CRM, Campaign Management technology, Audience Targeting, Alternative ID/Household graphs, Measurement Analytics, and Marketing tagging/pixel infrastructure
- Familiarity with business issues, ability to quickly learn, and ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, unsolved problems, and uncertainty
- Understand how to utilize data and analytics in decision making
- Highly collaborative: you have a deep passion for building something new while working alongside multiple key stakeholders
- Excellent communicator with extremely high attention to detail
- Excellent research skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Docs knowledge
- Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $133,886.00 - $214,218.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
