Job Summary

We are Juice Media.IO, formerly TWO NIL and now an Altice USA company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, strong strategic thinker to join our Product Management team. As the Principal Product Manager for Data Ingestion and Internal Tooling, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of critical data ingestion systems and internal tools that underpin our platform's success. You will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of these key components, collaborating with Business, Engineering and UX teams, and leading the product roadmap to enable seamless data processing, storage, and accessibility within the organization. You will report directly to the Director of Product Management – Platforms.


  • Product Strategy: Understand the business needs of the Juice Technology platform; integrations, build and buy scenarios to stand-up a product that works across a multiple agency scenario.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, data engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Create and manage the product roadmap, defining priorities, milestones, and timelines for feature development and improvements.
  • Data Ingestion: Oversee data ingestion processes, making sure data from various sources is collected, transformed, and stored efficiently, with an emphasis on data quality, scalability, and security.
  • Internal Tooling: Lead the development of internal tools that enhance operational efficiency and facilitate data access, management, and analysis for internal stakeholders.
  • User-Centric Approach: Advocate for the needs of internal users and ensure that data ingestion and internal tooling solutions align with their requirements, aiming to provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data ingestion and internal tooling to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Product Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of data ingestion and internal tooling solutions.
  • Budget Management: Manage the product budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation to meet strategic objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks and challenges, and proactively develop contingency plans.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge hubs including competitive analysis (other agencies and product/tech services) marketplace analysis: media trends and industry trends, agencies winning business (media and other agencies that could become partners)
  • Organize technical projects from beginning to end; identify and prioritize actionable steps.
  • Work alongside product marketing, client success and business development teams to participate in prospective client meetings, gather insights, and take follow up actions after meetings.


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • 7+ years of product management experience in ad-tech or mar-tech start-ups; online advertising building ad server, DSP, DMP, or SSP
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex data-related products or tools
  • Deep understanding of data ingestion processes, data pipelines, and data storage solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and evaluate the impact of product changes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance standards is a plus
  • Experience in working with cloud-based technologies, APIs, and big data technologies is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Cloud Technology, DMPs, CDPs, CRM, Campaign Management technology, Audience Targeting, Alternative ID/Household graphs, Measurement Analytics, and Marketing tagging/pixel infrastructure
  • Excellent research skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Docs knowledge

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $123,379.00 - $202,694.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
