Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst's primary responsibility is to manage and provide billing support to all aspects of the Business to Business (B2B) Carrier & Enterprise sales & support teams. The Sales Operations Analyst is required to have the competence to manage highly complicated customized requests from both internal/external customers.
Responsibilities
- •Perform all necessary validation on submitted Access service requests from Carrier, sales, sales support in order to calculate early term fees in a timely manner including but not limited to the following:
oVerification of the circuit id, contract start/end dates and monthly revenue for requested order.
oValidate contract and addendums signed by the customer and Altice to determine any early penalties for disconnects prior to contract expiration.
oAll financial information and calculations are correct based on contract and current billing.
oAll rerates and renewals as applicable.
oBusiness case criteria have been met.
oPerform all required quality checks and accurately document the results.
•Strategically align with Account teams to gather necessary requirements to ensure requests are efficiently managed. This includes partnering with Account and the customer to facilitate the requirements through our OSS and communicate throughout the internal teams when required.
•Review product specific information in SFDC attachments to ensure approval and completeness for any adjustments entered into billing system.
•As a member of the team attend customer calls for billing clarifications when needed.
•Participate in the automation process of billing systems. Work closely with IT/software design/Product team/Project Managers on system enhancements, process flows, product development testing and de bugging to ensure implementation is managed smoothly and efficiently as related to carrier-based products
•Work directly with the Product team to support mapping process for Product launches and complete user acceptance testing (UAT) when needed
•In depth knowledge of the full Altice B2B Carrier & Enterprise Product line and the Operational Support Systems (i.e. Sales Force, Netcracker, Work front, RB and IDA/DDP)
•Subject matter experts as it relates to the billing of carrier and enterprise delivered products.
•Special projects as needed
Qualifications
- •High School diploma or equivalent required
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry preferably with the following experience: Telecommunications technical aptitude, Customer Service, Order Entry, Provisioning experience. Must operate independently, proactively and with minimal supervision
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with executive, senior management, peers, staff, vendors, and contractors
•An ability to present and discuss technical, functional and management information in a clear and concise way that explains complex topics, is persuasive and promotes consensus
•Experience using Microsoft Office Suite essential, experience with Salesforce.com preferred
•Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management and customer
•Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
•Ability to effectively adapt to and apply rapidly changing technology to business needs
•Demonstrated ability to resolve roadblocks to delivery in multi-organization teams where no direct management responsibility exists
