Job Summary

This position performs a variety of administrative assignments that supports the Human Resources team. Responsibilities include HR projects and administration.


  • Will assist with electronic filing of personnel and confidential files ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Support in the recruitment and onboarding process by monitoring requisition approvals, background & drug screening for candidates and following up with candidates when appropriate
  • Under the direction of the HR team, assists in preparing/converting job descriptions to proper templates
  • Supports the HR team with ad hoc requests or HR projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Familiarity with MS Office 365
  • Professional demeanor, willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks and to learn about the business
  • Ability to commit to the summer term
