We provide advertisers with the ability to reach more than 6.2 million households in the New York DMA using a variety of advanced advertising products, including the ability to place ads on more than 85 cable networks as well as planning and campaign measurement.

The Coordinator will develop a solid knowledge of Addressable advertising, capabilities and process starting with audience discovery and through to monitoring, optimization, and monthly affidavits. Functions include managing new requests and existing request status, create and maintain account project status and timeline, monitor receipt of creative delivery against deadlines and monitor daily active campaign delivery. Set up/revise campaigns in Campaign Management system and monthly reconciliation/billing activities. Other duties as assigned.

The Coordinator works with Sales, Clients, Pricing and Planning, Traffic, Media Insights and Analytics, Data Warehouse and 3rd Party vendor teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of campaigns.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field
  • 4+ years Advertising Sales or Advertising Agency industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Ability to develop self and learn new products and platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, organized and able to multitask
  • Familiarity with interactive media
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • High energy and flexibility
  • Keen eye for detail and troubleshooting
