The Collections Coordinator generates reports, coordinates internal/external communications, supports and administers projects, and provides quality internal and external customer services. This person will process correspondences, reviews and codes information for processing.  In addition, this position compiles data, creates reports and performs research regarding financial impact.

  • Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding Suddenlink’s values
  • Performs assignments in a confidential manner
  • Uses technical, financial, business vocabulary and detailed knowledge of Suddenlink’s policy and procedures
  • Receives and screens communications, and responds appropriately
  • Processes correspondence including memos, reports and proposals with accuracy and timeliness
  • Reviews and prepares information for processing
  • Performs research regarding invoicing problems
  • Operates office equipment including fax and copy machine
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills of computer software, utilizing windows based software (Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency preferred in some locations
