Manager, Digital Campaign Operations

Job Summary

The Manager, Digital Campaign Operations will help plan, steward and monitor Digital, Addressable and ITV Advertising Campaigns. This person will develop a solid working knowledge of Digital, Addressable and ITV advertising, capabilities and the process and is available for questions and meetings with AEs and Clients. The Campaign Manager will recommend, plan, buy, track, report and optimize digital campaigns via programmatic platforms. The Campaign Manager is the main point with the AE/Client and external partners and will liaise/rely on other groups in the organization including Pricing and Planning, 3rd Party Data Partners, Traffic, Finance and Research teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities of Digital, Addressable and Interactive Campaigns including audience discovery, planning, scheduling, onboarding, monitoring and optimization of campaigns.
  • Track multiple advanced advertising requests and campaigns
  • Monitor campaign status and keep sales informed
  • Escalate campaign issues as necessary
  • Work with Sales/Clients to ensure campaigns are managed properly.
  • Work with internal and 3rd party vendors to ensure campaigns are launched in a timely manner and as planned.
  • Manage setup, pacing and optimization of campaigns in campaign management and programmatic tools
  • Work with Research, 3rd Party Vendors and Sales on post-campaign reporting and special requests.
  • Work with Finance to prepare monthly 3rd party revenue reports.
  • Prepare monthly affidavit reports
  • Balance and generate revenue, billing, and adjustment reports to accounting and commissions.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years Advertising Sales or Advertising Agency industry experience
  • Experience with programmatic, interactive and ad trafficking & reporting systems a + (Operative, DFP, Google Analytics, Programmatic Trade Desks)
  • Research experience in a sales environment preferred
  • Analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to be assertive when necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interface with clients
  • Reporting and analytical software experience preferred
