Together Has No Limits
Working at Altice USA means pushing boundaries and trying things we never thought were possible. This is the team of the future. We don't want to sound like we're bragging but we were selected by Forbes Magazine as one of "America's Best Employers" for 2019. OK, we're bragging.
Employer of Choice
"Together has no limits" is more than a tag line, it's a mantra. The unique qualities of our employees make our business stronger and our company better, which is why Altice USA has achieved a perfect score of 100 on the 2019 Human Right's Campaign Corporate Equality Index as well as being selected by DiversityInc to be on the "Noteworthy" list as part of its wider "Top 50" recognition program for 2019. Oh, and Forbes Magazine named us to the 2019 Best Employers list.
Culture of Inclusion
We value everyone and believe we all bring something to the collective good of the organization. Our diversity makes us more innovative, optimistic, and relentless. We’ve recently started a more thoughtful journey into diversity and inclusion, and while real change takes time, you can learn more about our progress here.
Culture of Community
Altice USA and our employees are active in the communities in which we live and work.  We use our expertise and resources to support the development of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) skills needed to create the future and to connect those who need it most to the technology required to thrive in the digital world.  Through our volunteer program, we provide eight hours of paid time off per year to enable employees to give back to our communities in meaningful ways.
Making A Positive Impact
We aim to make the world a better place one community at a time through: volunteering locally, mentoring the next generation of leaders, creating tools for easy online access and safety, and being a friend to the planet. Watch the video to learn more about our positive impact.
360° Disruption
When we step back and look at ourselves, we see builders, creators, and dreamers. We redefine what’s possible each and every day; sometimes because we have to and sometimes because, well, we just want to. Just try and stop us.
